Yinghe Technology: Sikary Has No Plan to Go Public, Memers to Promote in Key Markets
Yinghe Technology answers investors' questions on e-cigarette market plans, focusing on overseas operations and new brand promotion.

Recently, Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed company Yinghe Technology answered investors' questions on an interactive platform.

Sikary has No Plan to Go Public, MEMERS to Promote in Key Markets

An investor inquired about whether the company's e-cigarette products are listed in the domestic market, what the policy threshold is for domestic listing, and the long-term planning for the domestic market.

In response, Yinghe Technology stated that its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen Sikary Technology Co., Ltd., has been engaged in the e-cigarette business. Since 2022, Sikary has been focused on developing its own brand business and has achieved good development in the UK and other European countries. However, at present, the main focus is on overseas markets, and Sikary currently has no plans to go public.

Another investor inquired about the progress of the company's new brand, MEMERS, in developing in the US market.

Yinghe Technology responded by stating that MEMERS is a new brand recently launched by Sikary, with plans to promote and sell in select key global markets, while also warning investors to be cautious of potential risks.

As for the investor's concerns about the sales of e-cigarettes in China and the company's plans for the upcoming year, Yinghe Technology mentioned once again that its subsidiary, Sikary, has been heavily developing its own brand business since 2022, primarily operating in overseas markets with no mention of domestic sales plans.

What is the New Brand MEMERS?

It is worth mentioning that in an article introducing MEMERS, it is stated that MEMERS is inspired by internet "MEME" culture, embodying enjoyment, creativity, and social engagement. It is mentioned that "MEMERS VAPE is not just an e-cigarette brand; it is a cultural bridge connecting different individuals."

It made its debut at the TPE in the United States from January 31 to February 2, 2024, where it showcased two products: Switcher S20000 and Melody ME18000. Later, from March 23 to 25, it also participated in the VAPEXPO exhibition in Paris.

According to available information, SWITCHER S22000 is a disposable product that can accommodate two 12ml pods separately, providing approximately 22,000 puffs in total, and it also offers a dual flavor version. Another product, Melody ME18000, has no publicly available information.

According to information from YingHe Technology, Sikary has no plans to list domestically, and the MEMERS brand plans to promote its products in key markets.

MEMERS plans to launch a series of innovative products in the first and second quarters of 2024, including disposable, open, and closed systems.

The article mentions, "These products, especially those utilizing artificial intelligence technology, are expected to completely change the e-cigarette experience."

According to findings by YingHe Technology, artificial intelligence refers to the "HiSMK" e-cigarette industry artificial intelligence knowledge graph developed by SKE. It is claimed that this platform, supported by AI technology, interacts with users, engages in e-cigarette cultural exchange and services, and utilizes AI big models to continuously evolve consumer demand, ultimately realizing the full-chain functionality from consumer ideas to consumers (I2C).

Additionally, according to a message from the MEMERS official website on April 9, Memersvape has launched a disposable e-cigarette Memers M18000 with 18,000 puffs. According to YingHe Technology's findings on Vapehopping, a professional e-cigarette online store targeting the U.S. market, the product is listed as "COMING SOON."

YingHe Technology: Sikary has no plans to list domestically, and the MEMERS brand plans to promote its products in key markets.
