£4000 Worth of Illegal E-cigarettes Seized in Hinckley by Authorities in UK
Hinckley authorities seize £4000 worth of illegal e-cigarette products, along with untaxed cigarettes, violating UK regulations.

According to a report from the Leicester Mercury on March 5th, the Leicestershire police, along with licensing officers from the Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, seized illegal e-cigarette products worth over £4000 in the central English town of Hinckley. Additionally, an undisclosed quantity of untaxed cigarettes was also found in the retail premises. Local authorities stated that these illegal e-cigarette products are in violation of UK regulations.

 

It is reported that these illegal e-cigarettes may contain high concentrations of nicotine, prohibited substances, or have oversized nicotine e-liquid reservoirs.

 

At present, the seized items will be transferred to the trade standards department for further investigation.
