According to Al Fakher’s release, the world’s leading hookah brand has launched nicotine pouches, extending its signature flavor heritage from traditional hookah into the modern oral nicotine category.

Al Fakher Nicotine Pouches will debut at TPE 2026 and roll out broadly in April

Al Fakher said the tobacco-free nicotine pouch line will debut at Total Products Expo, which runs from March 31 to April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with a broader rollout to follow in April. The company said attendees can see the new product line at Booth 15084.

The company also said Al Fakher products are enjoyed by hookah users in hundreds of countries worldwide and described itself as the world’s number one hookah brand.

The launch includes four flavors and two nicotine strengths, 4 mg and 8 mg

Al Fakher said the nicotine pouch range launches with four flavors, each available in 4 mg and 8 mg nicotine strengths:

  • Frosty Apple: inspired by the brand’s iconic Two Apples profile, combining icy mint with subtly spiced apple notes.
  • Spearmint: a refreshing mint flavor with a touch of sweetness.
  • Mango: a tropical profile built around sweet, ripe mango.
  • Wintergreen: a classic cooling mint with herbal sweetness.

The company said the modern oral category has grown at a 30% CAGR over the past five years

Al Fakher said the pouch launch marks its entry into modern oral nicotine. The company said the category has grown at a 30% compound annual growth rate globally over the past five years, while the U.S. market alone is valued at USD 5.95 billion and projected to reach 10.4 million users by the end of 2026.

The company also said that no existing pouch brand currently speaks directly to the Arab consumer base, a group it described as already deeply engaged in hookah culture and loyal to Al Fakher.

Al Fakher also said its booth will showcase other new developments, including its Snoop Dogg collaboration. The company said that in 2025, Snoop Dogg and Al Fakher launched a core collection of five premium hookah blends that will roll out across multiple countries.
