Additionally, the consumption tax on small cigars will rise from 43 manats per 1000 units to 45.5 manats (approximately 189 yuan), while cigarettes and their alternatives will see an increase from 38.5 manats per 1000 units to 45.5 manats (approximately 189 yuan).
