According to data from Elf Bar's official website in Russia, the prices of Elf Bar have been reduced by 11%-30% from 450-1450 rubles (approximately 44-142 yuan) to 319-1299 rubles (approximately 31-127 yuan).

According to HQD's official website in Russia, the price of HQD has decreased from 1250-1500 rubles (approximately 123-147 yuan) to 990-1100 rubles (approximately 97-108 yuan), representing a price reduction of 21% to 27%.
