Brazilian Senator Soraia Tronick from Podemos-MS party proposes strict regulations on e-cigarette sales, aiming to establish clear rules for production, supervision, and advertising.

According to a report from Onortao, Brazilian Senator Soraya Thronicke from the Podemos-MS party has proposed strict regulations in the Senate to govern the sale of e-cigarettes in the region.

 

Tronic has reminded that she has submitted a proposal (PL 5008/2023), which aims to establish clear regulations for the production, sale, supervision, and advertising of e-cigarettes.
