The founder and organizer of the expo, Ira Simeonidis, announced this news via social media and "The Hall of Vape" official website. In a letter addressed to exhibitors, attendees, and partners, Simeonidis candidly stated that this was not an easy decision.

The statement is translated into standard English as follows:

Dear exhibitors, audience, and partners:

We regret to inform you that "The Hall of Vape" event, originally scheduled for May 2025, will not take place. This decision was not made lightly, as we have worked together with you for many years to create a unique platform for the e-cigarette community - something we all truly take pride in.

However, in recent years, we have observed and experienced some changes that have prompted us to make this decision. Firstly, the number of German exhibitors has been steadily decreasing. Additionally, due to changes in the legal framework, interest from international exhibitors has significantly declined. At the same time, we have also noticed a decrease in the number of visitors in the past few years.

Unfortunately, all of these factors have prevented us from organizing an event that meets your expectations and deserves high quality and diversity.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their loyalty, trust, and support over the past decade. "THE HALL OF VAPE" has always been more than just an e-cigarette exhibition, it is a place for communication, sharing experiences, and strengthening the industry and community. Organized by e-cigarette enthusiasts, for e-cigarette enthusiasts. The crowded halls were filled with vapor, with thousands of e-cigarette enthusiasts waiting outside the exhibition hall an hour before the opening. Pre-show activities, numerous guests from around the world, and our special guests - these memories will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Although we have had to cancel our event in 2025, we want to emphasize that we still believe in the significance of e-cigarettes for smokers and the unity of the e-cigarette community. We will continue to closely monitor developments in the industry and consider potential future events (such as "The Hall of Vape" in 2026?), new formats, or opportunities that may continue this tradition in the future.

Despite this unfortunate news, we still wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and all the best in the coming year. Wishing everyone good health.

We hereby extend our sincere greetings.

According to reports, The Hall of Vape is one of the long-standing trade shows in the European e-cigarette industry. It has been held continuously since 2016, with only two interruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, until 2024.

Simone Díaz explained, "Firstly, the number of German exhibitors continues to decrease. In addition, due to changes in regulatory environment, the interest of international exhibitors has noticeably weakened. At the same time, we have also observed a decline in the number of attendees in recent years." He concluded that these reasons have made it impossible to organize an event with the quality standards and diversity seen in previous years.

Although we had to cancel our event in 2025, we remain firm in our belief in the importance of e-cigarettes for smokers and the unity of the e-cigarette community. We will continue to closely monitor industry developments and consider hosting new events in the future (such as The Hall of Vape in 2026), exploring new formats or opportunities to carry on this tradition.
