Eve Energy's Subsidiary Receives over HK$95 Million Cash Dividend from Smoore International
Eve Energy's subsidiary receives over HK$95 million in cash dividend from Smoore International, with no impact on 2024 profit.

Eve Energy announced on the evening of June 19th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EBIL, holds 1.902 billion shares of Smoore International. As of the announcement date, EBIL has received a cash dividend of HK$95.076 million from Smoore International.


The company accounts for its long-term equity investment in Smoore International using the equity method, and the dividends received will have no impact on the net profit of the company for the 2024 consolidated financial statements.
