Expansion of Tochka Tobacco Specialty Stores in Russia
Russian tobacco retailer "Lenta" expands "Tochka Tobacco" stores, nearly doubling to 31, offering 650-1000 tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and hookahs.

According to Retailer's report on May 22, the number of "Tochka Tobacco" specialty stores belonging to the Russian tobacco retailer "Lenta" has nearly doubled, with a current total of 31 stores.

 

The sales area of each Tochka Tobacco store is approximately 10 to 20 square meters, offering a variety of 650 to 1000 tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and hookahs. These specialized stores are currently operating in large supermarkets in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, as well as in Veliky Novgorod, Petrozavodsk, and Cherepovets.

 

Lenta" started offering tobacco products in April 2023, in order to shift the sale of these products from the traditional checkout counters to new salespoints.

 

From the beginning of the year until April, sales volume of "Tochka Tobacco" at "Lenta" increased by 25% and revenue grew by 40%.
