FDA to host webinar to celebrate 10th anniversary of "The Real Cost" youth tobacco prevention campaign on June 11.

According to a recent announcement on the official website of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the FDA will be hosting a webinar on June 11th from 3:00 to 4:15 pm EST to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the award-winning "The Real Cost" youth tobacco prevention campaign.

 

The speaker will discuss the impact of tobacco use on adolescents and the importance of public education in regulating tobacco products comprehensively at this conference. They will also emphasize the adaptability of the event, successful case studies, future prospects, as well as media positioning, creative development, and best practices aimed at adolescents.

 

The agenda for this seminar is as follows:

 

The agenda begins at 3:00 pm. Dr. Brian King, Director of the Tobacco Center, will be speaking.

The online seminar will be free to attend, but registration is required beforehand with no deadline. The seminar can be accessed via computer or mobile phone, and live captions and American Sign Language interpretation will be provided on-site.
