According to the latest statistics, in October 2023, the e-cigarette brand with the highest search volume was JUUL, followed by VUSE, LOST MARY, FLUM, and ELFBAR, in that order.

According to sources, one of the reasons behind JUUL's highest search volume in October may be attributed to the release of a documentary film titled "The Big Vape" on Netflix on October 11th. This documentary has potentially boosted the brand's visibility.

 

According to 2FIRSTS, on October 13th, the FDA issued a marketing denial order (MDO) for six flavors of Vuse Alto e-cigarettes. This resulted in the highest search volume for VUSE on October 13th and 14th.

 

On the same day, Reynolds Tobacco, the parent company of VUSE, filed an investigation application (337 Investigation) with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) against 26 Sino-American companies, alleging their involvement in unfair import practices.
