Guangxi Enforcer Seizes 2m CNY Worth of Counterfeit E-Cigarettes
Yulin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau seized a case of counterfeit registered electronic cigarettes in its jurisdiction and seized a total of 19,346 pieces of finished electronic cigarettes suspected of infringement with a value of over 2 million yuan.

The report locates the illegal vape processing workshop is located in a small area in Yuzhou District, Yulin City. After receiving the tip, the Yulin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau joined forces with the Municipal Tobacco Bureau and the Municipal Public Security Bureau to conduct a raid on the workshop. 

 

After an on-site inspection and inventory, a total of 19,346 electronic cigarettes suspected of infringing the registered trademark "ELUX" were seized, as well as a number of electronic cigarette accessories, packaging boxes, labels, and three sets of processing machines, worth more than 2 million yuan. 

 

The products involved in the case were identified as counterfeit products by the trademark owner. The case is transferred to the Municipal Public Security Bureau for further process.
