According to the police report on March 26, a warehouse storing prohibited e-cigarettes in Almaty, Kazakhstan has been cleared.

Law enforcement officers in the Alatau district of Almaty discovered the illegal sale of 200 e-cigarettes. Two suspects were arrested, with one responsible for distribution and the other being the owner of the warehouse.

During a search conducted at a warehouse in the Targal district, police seized approximately 5000 e-cigarettes. According to the arrested warehouse owner, he was engaged in selling e-cigarettes for illegal profits and was using the warehouse as a temporary storage location for the products.

Astana city anti-extremism management bureau director Askhart Dauletiarov stated that the investigation is still ongoing.
