Ispire collaborates with Touchpoint World Wide Inc. and Chemular International Inc. to accelerate e-cigarette technology innovation in a new venture.

According to a report by UPI on February 22nd, Ispire (ISPIRE) has announced a partnership with Touchpoint World Wide Inc. (Berify, a platform specializing in linking physical products to the digital world, digital engagement, and brand protection) and Chemular International Inc to establish a joint venture.

 

This joint venture will focus on accelerating innovation in the e-cigarette technology sector, including the development of safe, user-friendly age verification and age restriction vaporized nicotine device solutions.

 

Inspire Technology Company's Co-CEO Michael Wang stated, "By combining our collective expertise in hardware, blockchain, and regulatory consulting, our goal is to set new standards for age verification, safety, and overall quality in the e-cigarette industry. We hope this joint venture will bring significant advancements in device control, safety, anti-counterfeiting, and enhanced user experience, ultimately improving overall market and consumer satisfaction."

According to UNN, law enforcement in Ukraine’s Khmelnytskyi region disrupted a group accused of selling illegally produced nicotine-containing mixtures and e-cigarette e-liquids without licenses or permits. The Prosecutor General’s Office said the overall value of the seized items exceeds UAH 12 million (about US$276,000).
