JTI Korea Launches Ploom Payback Promotion: Full Refund for Ploom X Advanced if Unsatisfied

2Firsts, September 2, 2025 - According to Nate's report on September 1, JTI Korea has announced the launch of a one-month "Ploom Payback" promotion, starting from September 1. Consumers who purchase the heated tobacco product device "Ploom X Advanced" and are not satisfied can apply for a full refund.

 

Consumers participating in this promotion must purchase the device through a convenience store or the official Ploom website, Ploom.co.kr, by the end of September and use it for at least two weeks after registering. If they are not satisfied with the product, they can apply for a refund by the end of October according to the terms of the promotion, and they will receive a full cash refund after deducting the return shipping fee. Devices purchased in the open market are not eligible for this promotion.

 

According to JTI Korea, the Ploom X Advanced has received favorable reviews from consumers since its launch in South Korea in November 2024.

 

This product is equipped with "HeatFlow" technology. The device is designed to be used for no longer than 5 minutes at a time and there is no limit on the number of inhalations. A maximum of three pods can be used consecutively.

 

In addition, the Ploom X Advanced offers four basic colors including slate gray, navy blue, black, and silver, as well as limited edition colors aqua halo and aurita red. It can be customized with various accessories to suit individual preferences.

 

The Ploom X Advanced device can be purchased at convenience stores in Seoul and parts of Gyeonggi, as well as on the official Ploom website. JTI Korea reminds customers to visit the official Ploom website or inquire on the KakaoTalk Ploom official channel for more information on the "Ploom Payback promotion.
