JTI's 'Ploom X' Special Edition Launch Event in Milan
JTI's "Ploom X Special Edition" heats up in Milan flagship store, featuring designer Greta Liberato's "Golden Honey" collection.

According to the Italian news source Affaritaliani, the launch event of Japan Tobacco International's (JTI) heated tobacco device "Ploom X Special Edition" at the flagship store in Milan received a warm welcome.

 

In order to celebrate the release of the limited edition device "Copper Glaze," fashion and jewelry designer Greta Liberato was invited to participate in the event. She showcased her jewelry brand Pepper Chocolate's new collection "Golden Honey" at the party.

 

This event is part of the widespread activities of the Ploom X series, giving participants the opportunity to test the functionality of the equipment.

Lawmakers from Romania’s USR, PSD and PNL have submitted a bill that would ban e-cigarettes, vapes and heated tobacco devices in all enclosed public spaces. The proposal would redefine “smoking” so that inhaling aerosols produced by heating or vaporizing products containing tobacco, nicotine or other substances intended for inhalation would also be considered smoking, except for medical-use products.

Imperial Brands released a trading update on April 14, reiterating its FY26 guidance and saying its 2030 transformation has started positively. A UK bill banning the legal sale of tobacco to people born on or after January 1, 2009 has completed its passage through parliament. Under the bill, those born in that group will never be able to be legally sold tobacco anywhere in the UK. The legislation is expected to receive royal assent next week.
