Kennede Electronics: Main Business Covers Home Appliances, E-cigarettes

Recently, an investor on an investor interaction platform asked Kennede Electronics Mfg Co., Ltd. (002723.SZ): The recent guarantee announcement indicates that the Jiangxi branch is in a state of loss, and financial reports also show that some branches are in a state of loss. In response, Kennede Electronics Mfg Co., Ltd. stated that the company's main business covers home appliances, e-cigarettes, and engineering construction, with each business segment having different subsidiary companies. Jiangxi Jinlai and Jiangxi Xiaojiong are both subsidiaries within the company's home appliance business segment. In 2023, the operating revenue of the home appliance business reached 915 million yuan, an increase of 32.38% year-on-year. The company is continuously pursuing a development strategy of "new products, new technologies, and new solutions" to promote the upgrading of traditional home appliance products towards a direction of "higher unit prices and higher added value" electrical appliances, constantly enriching the diversified product matrix to enhance profitability.
