The validity period is from May 30, 2023 to May 30, 2033.
Kennede Electronics Mfg Co., Ltd. stated that the acquisition of this trademark will help expand the company's e-cigarette business in the American market, strengthen brand and trademark protection, enhance brand recognition and market presence for the company's e-cigarettes, further improve the company's core competitiveness, and have a positive impact on the company's future development.
Previously, Kennede Electronics Mfg Co.,Ltd. stated in response to investor inquiries that after obtaining an e-cigarette production license in 2022, the company would actively advance product research and development, resulting in a diverse range of e-cigarette products. It was officially listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in January 2014.
