Registration information shows that the trademark name is "SONG," registration number is "7416660," registration country is the "United States," classified under class 34, and the service items include "rolling papers, cigarette filters, e-cigarettes, electronic cigars." The validity period is from May 30, 2023 to May 30, 2033.

 

Kennede Electronics Mfg Co., Ltd. stated that the acquisition of this trademark will help expand the company's e-cigarette business in the American market, strengthen brand and trademark protection, enhance brand recognition and market presence for the company's e-cigarettes, further improve the company's core competitiveness, and have a positive impact on the company's future development.

 

Previously, Kennede Electronics Mfg Co.,Ltd. stated in response to investor inquiries that after obtaining an e-cigarette production license in 2022, the company would actively advance product research and development, resulting in a diverse range of e-cigarette products. It was officially listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in January 2014. The group is currently divided into three main sectors: smart home appliances, health industry, and construction sector.
