X-LINK and JOINOne: Largely Overlapping Lineups

In July 2025, ELFBAR announced the JOINOne series on its website. The series includes “Dock-to-Vape” and “Standalone Use” pods, both supporting three levels of cooling adjustment. Battery devices include the screen-equipped Dynamic Device and the screen-less Lumeo Device; both support three power levels.

In November 2025, ELFBAR launched the JoinOne15 Classic prefilled pod kit in the UK, adopting a “2 ml prefilled pod + 10 ml refill container (‘2+10’)” structure, which has since been added to the JOINOne lineup on ELFBAR’s website.

The X-LINK series on LOST MARY’s Russian website looks highly consistent with ELFBAR JOINOne and spans two of the same items from the JOINOne lineup:

  • “Standalone Use” pod
  • Dynamic Device with display

Among them, the Standalone Use pod contains its own battery and can be used independently; the Dynamic Device features a 2.25-inch TFT display.

Notably, in addition to the original cooling-adjustable pod and classic pod, LOST MARY X-LINK adds sweetness-adjustable and nicotine-strength-adjustable pods, bringing the total compatible pod types to four.

Four Compatible Pod Types: Cooling, Sweetness, Nicotine, Classic

As for other specs, the LOST MARY X-LINK kit measures 52 × 94 × 24.5 mm. Pod sizes are 31 × 93 × 24.5 mm and 27.7 × 94 × 24.5 mm. E-liquid capacity is 12 ml, with a claimed maximum of about 20,000 puffs, equivalent to roughly 1,666 puffs per ml.

From Russian vaping news sites, 2Firsts found that the LOST MARY X-LINK series has appeared in the local market since May of this year. Sites including vivalacloud and belvaping have posted hands-on reviews. At that time, the available pod options were limited to the sweetness-adjustable pod and the classic pod.

Korean JOINOne Packaging Shows 0.98% Synthetic Nicotine

While reviewing JOINOne information, 2Firsts noted that ELFBAR’s website displays both Korean and English packaging for JOINOne. The Korean version explicitly states that the product uses 0.98% synthetic nicotine (0.98% 합성니코틴).

Australia Brings in Deloitte to Support Illicit Tobacco and Vape Enforcement Across Data, Processes and Project Delivery
Australia’s Department of Home Affairs has hired Deloitte to provide data analytics, business-process, communications and project-delivery support to the Office of the Illicit Tobacco and E-Cigarette Commissioner. The government says Deloitte personnel do not provide policy advice to the Commissioner or the Australian government, with policy development and decision-making remaining with public officials. The arrangement has nevertheless drawn scrutiny because Deloitte has previously provided professional services to several tobacco and vaping companies.

China Tobacco Zhejiang files patent for pressure-triggered, on-demand oral nicotine release
China Tobacco Zhejiang files patent for pressure-triggered, on-demand oral nicotine release
China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co., Ltd. has filed a patent application for an oral nicotine delivery product designed to let users actively adjust nicotine release. The product embeds two types of nicotine reservoirs with different wall thicknesses and positions inside a deformable matrix. Pressure applied with the tongue or lips can rupture the reservoirs and accelerate nicotine release. In simulated oral tests, several patent examples showed sharply higher peak nicotine release rates as applied force increased from 0 N to 1 N and 3 N. The filing explores a shift from preset release profiles toward user-triggered nicotine delivery.

California Lawmakers Pass Disposable Nicotine Vape Ban, With Sales Prohibition Set for 2028
California Lawmakers Pass Disposable Nicotine Vape Ban, With Sales Prohibition Set for 2028
According to CBS Los Angeles on August 27, 2026, California lawmakers have passed Assembly Bill 762, which would phase out disposable, battery-embedded nicotine vapes in the state. If signed by Governor Gavin Newsom, manufacturing and importation of the covered products would be prohibited beginning January 1, 2027, followed by a sales ban on January 1, 2028. Driven primarily by concerns over electronic waste, lithium-battery fires and environmental pollution, the legislation would further shift California’s legal vape market toward rechargeable, refillable or replaceable-pod devices.
