Japan Tobacco Inc. launches new "Mevius baize option" product under Ploom X ADVANCED brand, featuring pear and mint flavors.

According to sources from Japan's Kakaku, Japan Tobacco Inc. has globally launched a new product under its heated tobacco brand "Ploom X ADVANCED" on March 18th, called "Mevius baize option".

 

This product is marketed for its unique "pear flavor" and 100% natural mint extract, containing 20 electronic pods with a refreshing mint taste. All mint flavors included in this product come from natural sources. It is priced at 500 yen.

The Consumer Protection Agency of Neuquén Province, Argentina, reiterated on September 24 that the ban on the import, distribution, marketing and advertising of e-cigarettes, similar devices and related accessories is fully effective. At the same-day trial, A and other defendants pleaded guilty. Prosecutors sought a 2M won (≈$1,500) fine for A and 6-month jail for B. A, B and others apologized. The court will re-examine absent defendants on Nov 6 then announce the verdict.
