Rapid Investigation and Seizure of Illegal e-Cigarette Seller in Italy
Italian financial police confiscated illegal e-cigarettes from an unlicensed seller in Lecce after receiving reports from concerned parents.

The Italian economic and financial law enforcement agency conducted a rapid investigation into Yellow Flame and discovered an illegal e-cigarette vendor in Liruona without a national monopoly seal. The vendor was fined and all their products were confiscated.


In recent days, several parents have reported a business owner for providing "sales recommendations" to children to the financial police. One mother found a non-compliant electronic cigarette in her son's backpack and reported it to the financial police. After school, the financial police began searching city parks for the seller and found him with a small amount of electronic cigarettes ready for sale.
