Response of Jinjia Shares: Mint-flavored E-cigarettes Mainly Sold to Europe
Investors questioned Jinjia Corporation about menthol-flavored e-cigarette products, to which the company stated compliance with regulations for overseas sales.

Recently, an investor asked a question on the investor interaction platform "Interactive Easy" to Jing Jia Stock (002191.SZ): Which subsidiary of the company, Yunnan Changyi or Yunnan Yunshuo, produces products related to Mint Choon?

In response, Jinjia Group stated that in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of E-cigarettes", the sale of flavored e-cigarettes other than tobacco flavor is prohibited domestically. The company's affiliated company, Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology, provides menthol flavoring products to other qualified e-cigarette production enterprises for e-cigarette production, and exports them in finished form overseas, strictly complying with relevant regulations.

Investors also asked whether the company's overseas factories produce and sell menthol-flavored e-cigarettes. They inquired about whether the disposable and pod system products also come in menthol flavor, and if these products are being marketed in Europe and the United States. They also wanted to know if the overseas-produced Lono Way Yuet brand e-cigarettes have a mint flavor and which regions they are sold in.

Jinjia Group responded that their new tobacco overseas production companies currently provide customers with products such as mint-flavored e-cigarettes that comply with the standards and regulations of the customers' respective countries or regions, primarily sold to European countries.

Finally, regarding the positive impact on overseas production and sales of Jinjia brought by the approval of four menthol-flavored e-cigarette by the US FDA last week, Jinjia Group stated that the company is closely monitoring the latest developments in regulations and standards in various countries regarding e-cigarettes. They will strengthen research and development of product diversity and market expansion, and strive to improve sales performance overseas in compliance with local regulations and market access requirements.
