According to Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S, the company will hold its annual general meeting on April 15, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. at Moltkes Palæ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The notice said the meeting venue will be Dronningens Tværgade 2, DK-1302 Copenhagen K. The company also said shareholders may follow the meeting through a live webcast on the Investor Portal, but those watching by webcast will not be able to participate actively, including asking questions or voting.
The board has proposed a dividend of DKK 4.50 per share
Under the agenda, the meeting will receive the board’s report on the company’s activities during the past financial year and consider the audited annual report and the appropriation of profit. The board has proposed that the company pay a dividend of DKK 4.50 per share of nominal DKK 1 for the 2025 financial year.
The meeting will also include presentation of the company’s remuneration report for an advisory vote.
The 2026 board remuneration proposal is unchanged
The board further proposed that remuneration for the board of directors in 2026 remain unchanged from 2025. Under the proposal, ordinary board members would receive a base annual fee of DKK 440,000, while the chairman would receive three times the base fee and the vice-chairman would receive two times the base fee.
For committee work, the chair of the Audit Committee would receive an additional fee equal to 75% of the base annual fee, while other Audit Committee members would receive 37.5%. The chair of each of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee would receive 50% of the base annual fee, and other members of those committees would receive 25%. These committee fees would be paid in addition to the fees for serving as chairman, vice-chairman or ordinary board member.
The company also said it may pay social contributions charged by foreign authorities, as well as travel and other expenses related to board service, in accordance with its remuneration policy.
