Smoore International Announces Successful Release of Pledged Shares
On May 21, Smoore International Holdings Limited (stock code: 6969) announced the successful release of major shareholder EVE BATTERY's pledge.

On May 21, Smoore International Holdings Limited (stock code: 6969) issued a voluntary announcement, stating that its controlling shareholder, EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT LTD. ("EVE BATTERY"), has successfully lifted the share pledge.

According to the announcement, EVE Battery's parent company EVE Energy Asia Limited has repaid all outstanding loans to China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited. Therefore, as per the pledge agreement signed by both parties, the 300 million shares of Smoore International Holdings (approximately 4.89% of the issued share capital) pledged by EVE Battery have been released and revoked.

 

According to reports, the board members of Smoore International include executive directors Mr. Chen Zhiping, Mr. Xiong Shaoming, Mr. Wang Guisheng, and Ms. Wang Xin, non-executive director Ms. Jiang Min, as well as independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhong Shan, Mr. Yan Xiaoying, and Dr. Wang Gao.
