According to a report by Soha on August 12th, recently, the police in Cây Trắc district, Vietnam, caught three suspects on the spot for allegedly selling drugs in Xing Dao township.
They are Phạm Thu Trang, Phạm Thị Ngọc Lan, and Nguyễn Thuý Kiều. After further investigation, the police found that these suspects are connected to a large-scale drug trafficking network. Subsequently, the Haiyang provincial public security bureau instructed the establishment of a special task force to conduct a thorough investigation.
During the investigation, police in several provinces and cities, including Haiyang, Da Nang, Haiphong, Thanh Hoa, Beihai, Guangning, and Dehe, arrested a total of 13 suspects.
The evidence seized by the police includes 140 liters of CBD drugs, 200 e-cigarettes, 10 SJC gold bars, a car, two motorcycles, and a large amount of drug production tools. All samples contain a highly dangerous new type of drug, MDMB-4en-PINACA, which can cause brain damage, mental confusion, and heart failure.
Currently, the police bureau of Siqi County has filed seven lawsuits in this case and has transferred the case to the police bureau of Haiyang Province for further investigation.
At the same time, two suspects accused of forging government documents were also arrested urgently.
