Yinghe Technology: No Plans for Domestic E-Cigarette Sales; MEMERS and VFLY Focus on the US Market
Investor inquiries prompt Yinghe Technology to confirm subsidiary Sikary has obtained e-cigarette production license, focusing on overseas market.

Recently, an investor on an interactive platform asked Yinghe Technology (300457.SZ) whether its subsidiary Sikary has obtained the production and sales license from the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, and if the company plans to sell e-cigarettes domestically.

In response, Yinghe Technology stated that its subsidiary Sikary has obtained the Tobacco Monopoly Administration's "Tobacco Monopoly production enterprise license" (for e-cigarette production enterprises). Currently, Sikary's e-cigarette products are all exported, primarily to overseas markets, and the company does not currently have any plans for domestic sales.

In addition, the company revealed that Sikary's experience store opened in the UK in 2024 has officially started operating and is performing well. Its e-cigarette brands MEMERS and VFLY are focused on promoting and selling products in the US market.
