Insights from the Dubai E-Cigarette Expo | Flavor Adjustment Becomes More Refined: New Models Featuring CO₂ Control and Differentiated Tuning Emerge
At the World Vape Show Dubai 2025, 2Firsts found that flavor-adjustable products remain a key innovation trend. Some new models feature CO₂ adjustment, while brands like Hecig, OXBAR, and ELFBAR showcased products with adjustable ice, sweetness, and nicotine levels.

【By 2Firsts】During a field survey at the World Vape Show Dubai 2025, Firsts found that adjustable flavor products remain a hot innovation trend among multiple brands.

Since 2024, the demand for flavor-adjustable e-cigarettes in the American market has been steadily rising, prompting industry innovation to shift focus from "external visibility" to "internal controllability". The once popular interactive designs such as screens, AI, and touch controls are losing their appeal, while "flavor personalization" has become the new focus of brand competition.

At this year's e-cigarette exhibition in Dubai, 2Firsts discovered that most adjustable products still focus on adjusting sweetness, coolness, and nicotine levels. However, some new products have begun to explore more detailed experiential dimensions, such as adding carbon dioxide adjustment functions to enhance the "carbonated beverage-like" mouthfeel feedback by controlling the bubble sensation, significantly improving users' experience of "layers" and "authenticity".

The CFU technology platform developed by Firstunion has introduced a line of open products that are modular in design, including "cooling models," "sweetening models," and "nicotine models," among others. This allows users to select the specific features that meet their individual needs.

While most adjustable products still mainly focus on adjusting flavors and nicotine strength, in the Dubai region, consumers show a higher preference for products that adjust the cooling sensation.
