Brazilian Federal Highway Police Seize E-Cigarettes on BR-153 Highway

Brazilian Federal Highway Police seized a shipment of e-cigarettes on BR-153 highway in Goiás state, according to DM reports.

According to DM News, the Brazilian Federal Highway Police seized a shipment of e-cigarettes on November 24th on the BR-153 highway in the state of Goiás.

According to authorities, despite the fact that the individuals responsible for transporting this batch of goods have not been arrested, an investigation will be conducted.

A shipment of e-cigarettes was found on a bus traveling from Santa Catarina to Palmas in Tocantins. According to regulations set by the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), the sale and promotion of e-cigarettes are prohibited in Brazil. The confiscated goods have been handed over to the Federal Financial Police in Goiânia.
