Key Points:

  • GEEKBAR’s first DTL disposable vape: GEEKBAR has launched two new products in its Pulse X series—the DTL 25K and DTL 42K—marking the brand’s first disposable models with direct-to-lung (DTL) capability.

  • Shared core technology: Both the DTL 25K and DTL 42K belong to the Pulse X series and share the same hardware configuration, including an 820mAh battery, up to 40W output, dual mesh coils, and support for MTL/DTL mode switching.

  • Key differences: The 42K version offers a higher puff count (42,000 puffs), higher nicotine strength (5%), and a higher price point ($26.99), while the 25K version provides fewer puffs (25,000 puffs), ultra-low nicotine strength (0.5%), and a lower price ($18.99).

  • Availability: Both products are listed as “coming soon” on the U.S. Vape Sourcing website but have not yet been announced on GEEKBAR’s official website.

[2Firsts Original] Recently, 2Firsts observed that e-cigarette brand GEEKBAR has launched two DTL models—the GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 25K and GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 42K—on the U.S. e-cigarette distributor website Vape Sourcing. According to the site, both products are described as the “First GEEKBAR Disposable Vape with DTL Infinite Control.”

Part of the GEEKBAR Pulse X Series, with Notable Differences in Puffs and Nicotine Strength

2Firsts has compiled and organized the specification details of the GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 25K and GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 42K e-cigarettes, as shown in the table below:

From the specifications, the GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 25K and 42K share the same core technology:

Both belong to the GEEKBAR Pulse X series, equipped with an 820mAh battery, dual mesh coil atomizers, a maximum output of 40W, and support for both MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) and DTL (Direct-to-Lung) mode switching.

The main differences between the GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 25K and 42K lie in the following aspects:

Endurance and capacity: The 42K version offers a much higher puff count—in DTL mode, it delivers twice the number of puffs compared to the 25K version.

Nicotine strength: The two models have vastly different nicotine levels. The 42K version contains 5% (50mg) nicotine, a high concentration, while the 25K version contains just 0.5% (5mg/ml), a low concentration.

Flavor options: The 25K version comes in more flavors (8 varieties), while the 42K version offers fewer (5 varieties).

From an appearance perspective, 2Firsts observed that the Geek Bar Pulse X DTL continues the design language of the Pulse X 25K Meteor version, still featuring cosmic and starry-sky elements paired with prominent branding and the signature 3D curved display. The packaging also adds a hookah icon, further enhancing the product’s distinctive visual identity.

Brand’s First DTL E-Cigarette

According to U.S. e-cigarette distributor website Vape Sourcing, both the GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 25K and GEEKBAR Pulse X DTL 42K are described as the “First GEEKBAR Disposable Vape with DTL Infinite Control.”

It is worth noting that DTL products, due to their higher power output and larger inhalation volume, typically maintain a low nicotine concentration of 1% or less.

However, according to information from the distributor’s website, GEEKBAR’s 42K version has a nicotine concentration of 5% (50 mg), which is considered a high level—common in MTL (mouth-to-lung) products but relatively rare in DTL (direct-to-lung) products.

Now Available in the U.S. Market – Priced at $26.99 and $18.99

Notably, the $26.99 price tag for the 42K version places it in the higher price range of the disposable vape market. As of now, neither of these new products has been officially released on GEEKBAR’s official website.
