Isle of Man Implements Ban on E-Cigarette Product Displays
E-cigarette display ban enforced in Isle of Man on September 1, with retailers expected to comply with new regulations.

According to Manx Radio's report on September 2nd, the ban on the display of e-cigarette products in the Isle of Man came into effect on September 1st.

As a result, retailers in the Isle of Man are currently prohibited from displaying e-cigarettes and vaping products in their stores. Compliance checks are expected to be conducted to ensure that shops are meeting the new requirements.

The Fair Trade Office stated that before the law comes into effect, trade standard officials have visited each retailer to provide advice on recommended cabinets, shelving systems, and types of cupboards to use, as well as how to avoid unnecessary expenses.

All retailers have stated that they are able to comply with the new regulations on schedule.

The Isle of Man is a maritime island located between England and Ireland, and is also a self-governing territory of the British Crown.
