Ispire Signs Five-Year Distribution Agreement with ANDS in MENA
Ispire Technology Inc. announces five-year distribution partnership with ANDS in Dubai, expanding Hidden Hills Club products to MENA and global duty-free markets.

On October 7th, according to an announcement on Ispire Technology Inc.'s official website (NASDAQ: ISPR), Ispire has entered into a five-year exclusive distribution agreement with ANDS, a distributor based in Dubai.


The company claims that this partnership represents an important step in Ispire's global expansion strategy, allowing it to introduce its Hidden Hills Club product line into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region as well as global duty-free markets.


According to the agreement, Ispire and ANDS will promote the Hidden Hills Club brand in over 20 Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. With the cooperation of ANDS and major duty-free operators, this will cover more than 45 airports, cruise ships, airlines, and diplomatic facilities.


Ispire's Co-CEO Michael Wang stated:

By collaborating with ANDS, we have entered one of the fastest growing regions globally for products in high demand and consumers focusing on healthy alternatives. ANDS's expertise in regulation, legal compliance, brand building, sales and distribution, along with their deep understanding of the local market, enable us to introduce Hidden Hills Club to new markets and provide consumers with innovative, healthy alternatives.


In August, Ispire announced a long-term agreement with Hidden Hills Club for a period of 30 years. The initial products will be launched in the United Arab Emirates and South Africa, with plans to expand to the United Kingdom and European Union markets in the future.
