
On April 20th, Ispire Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPR) announced the establishment of a strategic partnership with international cannabis brand, Cookies.
According to the terms of their supply agreement, Ispire will supply a total of 15 million CBD products to Cookies' third-party retail and wholesale partners. Ispire will also provide a dedicated product team to support Cookies' product requirements.
In 2010, Cookies was founded as a brand for cannabis products under NOYA and is headquartered in San Francisco, USA. The company offers over 70 proprietary cannabis strains and more than 2000 products. In 2018, it opened its first retail store in Los Angeles and since then has expanded to over 50 retail locations across 17 markets in 5 countries. AdAge has named Cookies as one of the hottest brands in the US for 2021, making it the first cannabis brand to receive this honor. Cookies was founded by Gilbert Anthony Milam, now known as Berner, a rapper with 46 albums to his name.
