2Firsts, November 24, 2025 — According to ORICON NEWS,Japan Tobacco (JT) has announced that Ploom AURA, the heated tobacco device under its Ploom brand, will debut a new limited-edition color, Aqua Green.

The model will be available in limited quantities starting December 1 through the CLUB JT online store and Ploom Shop locations nationwide. It will then roll out to convenience stores and selected tobacco retailers across Japan beginning December 9. The suggested retail price is 2,980 yen (approximately US$19.05, tax included).

Ploom AURA is JT’s heated tobacco device positioned around upgraded “flavor performance.” It incorporates the company’s proprietary SMART HEATFLOW technology and supports four selectable modes—Standard, Strong, Long, and Eco.

According to the report, “Aqua Green,” the third release in JT’s 2025 limited-edition color lineup, draws inspiration from evergreen forests. JT says the color concept conveys a moment of pausing, taking a deep breath, and recharging vitality amid a busy daily routine.
