JTI Vietnam Receives "Top 100 Workplace in Vietnam" Award

JTI Vietnam has been awarded the "Top 100 Best Workplace in Vietnam" by Anphabe, based on employee and student evaluations.

Recently, according to Congthuong news, Japan Tobacco International (JTI) Vietnam company has received the "Vietnam's Top 100 Best Workplace" award from Anphabe.

The "Best Workplace Awards" were established based on objective evaluations from 63,878 employees with work experience and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide across 18 industries. This is the 10th consecutive year that Anphabe has organized this assessment to measure employer brand attractiveness, with the results being audited by market research company Intage Vietnam.

EUIPO Rejects Imiracle’s Opposition to ‘Crystal’ Trademark, Citing Lack of Proof of Actual Use in Slovakia

The EUIPO has ruled that Imiracle failed to demonstrate actual commercial use of its “Elfbar Crystal” brand in Slovakia, and therefore rejected in full the company’s opposition to Shenzhen SKE Technology’s application to register the “Crystal” trademark. The EUIPO noted that the sales records submitted by Imiracle were limited in scope and that the product packaging was in Ukrainian, which it found insufficient to prove that the products had been placed on the Slovak market.

Lawmakers Push to Include E-Cigarettes in Vietnam’s Revised Investment Law Ban

Vietnam’s National Assembly has debated amendments to the Investment Law that would include e-cigarettes, heated tobacco, and nitrous oxide (N₂O) in the list of prohibited business activities. Lawmakers supported a total ban consistent with WHO recommendations and previous National Assembly resolutions, citing rising youth addiction rates.
