According to reports, Henan Huihuang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, with its predecessor Zhengzhou Huihuang Technology Co., Ltd. founded in 1994. The company owns 12 subsidiary companies, including six wholly-owned, one majority-owned, and five minority-owned companies. Its headquarters is located in Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Henan province.
