PMI introduced its "IQOS Club" membership program in South Korea in March 2022. Since launching the new IQOS ILUMA series product last October, membership has grown by around 30% in just six months.

 

By simply registering as a member on the official IQOS online store and binding at least one iQOS device, customers can automatically receive membership privileges. Members can enjoy a variety of benefits, such as notifications for new product launches, exclusive access to member lounges, special coupons, and invitations to events.

 

Moreover, members can accumulate points by registering new IQOS devices, logging in with their Kakao account, participating in surveys, referring friends, or participating in a variety of activities on the official online store.

 

Currently, Philip Morris International's (PMI) South Korea unit is offering free personalized engraving services for members who purchase the IQOS ILUMA PRIME and IQOS ILUMA, but only at six directly operated stores.
