Russian Governor Calls for Total Ban on E-Cigarettes for Children
Kaliningrad Governor Anton Alikhanov firmly advocates for a total ban on e-cigarettes, believing they are "killing" children.

According to Fedpress, at a recent forum, the Governor of Kaliningrad Oblast, Anton Alikhanov, expressed his stance on e-cigarettes, stating his strong belief in the necessity of a complete ban on e-cigarettes.

 

"E-cigarettes are 'killing' our children. Ban sales, ban imports, ban use," Alihanov said.

 

He added that e-cigarettes are not produced in Russia. At the same time, he stated that age restrictions on e-cigarette usage have not been effective. Meanwhile, all advertisements are designed to make underage individuals aware of this product, reported by TASS citing government representatives.
