The Dr Vapes x Elf Bar - 20k DTL disposable e-cigarette features a very low nicotine concentration of 3mg/ml and four smoking modes. Its design is similar to the Lost Mary&Urban Tale's previously released E-hookah 26K disposable e-cigarette.

The marketing promotion for the Dr Vapes x Elf Bar - 20k DTL device is mainly carried out through the official Instagram account "elfbar-middle-east" under the ELFBAR brand, targeting the Middle East region. Information on this account indicates that the product will also be launched in South Africa.

E-cigarette retailer Dr Vapes has clearly stated that the product is "NOT FOR SALE IN THE UK/EU," indicating that their primary markets are in the Middle East and South Africa.

The trademark in the UAE region is registered by بانثر لتجارة السجائر الالكترونية ولوازمها شركة الشخص الواحد ذ.م.م, a company based in the Arab region that specializes in trading e-cigarettes and accessories.

According to reports, the brands "ELFBAR" and "LOST MARY" are both under Heaven Gifts (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. The Urban Tale X Lost Mary E-hookah 26K is primarily targeted towards the American market.
