Brazilian Authorities Uncover Thousands of Illegal E-Cigarette Advertisements

Over 11,000 illegal e-cigarette ads found in Brazil, spread across social media, private websites, and delivery platforms, investigation reveals.

According to bahianoticias on September 21st, a survey in Brazil found 11,594 illegal e-cigarette (Vape) advertisements within the country. These advertisements are primarily found on social media, private websites, and even delivery platforms.

According to reports, Brazil has banned the commercialization and advertising of e-cigarette devices since 2009. As of now, relevant authorities have not responded to inquiries.
