Florida Governor Signs Bill to Establish Registry of Banned Vape Products
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed 28 bills last Friday, including one regulating e-cigarette products, targeting disposable e-cigarettes.

According to CBS News on April 26, Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida signed 28 bills last Friday, including one related to regulating the management of e-cigarette products.

 

On Friday, Governor DeSantis signed a bill (HB 1007) targeting e-cigarette products for children, crafted by Attorney General Ashley Moody. The legislation primarily focuses on disposable e-cigarettes and allows Moody's office to establish a registry of banned products after an administrative process.
