North district police chief Jitendra Kumar Srivastava has instructed all police stations to prevent the online delivery and in-store sales of e-cigarettes. Strict measures will be taken against the sale of e-cigarettes.
According to reports, on September 18, 2019, Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that India will completely ban the production, import, export, sale, and advertising of e-cigarettes.
