JTI Korea Expands Sales of Ploom X Advanced Device
JTI expands sales of "Ploom X Advanced" heating tobacco device to Coupang and Naver platforms for broader consumer access.

According to a report by N. News on February 3rd, Japan Tobacco International's (JTI) South Korea Company announced that sales of its heated tobacco device, "Ploom X Advanced," will be expanded to include the third-party e-commerce platforms Coupang and Naver.

Since its launch in November 2024, "Ploom X Advanced" has begun selling on the "JTI Korea" page on the Coupang platform and the "Ploom Store" on Naver. Consumers can purchase devices in four colors including Slate Grey, Navy Blue, Black, and Silver through these platforms, with a discount of 40,000 Korean Won (approximately $30).

A spokesperson from JTI Korea stated that the reason for expanding sales channels is to allow "more consumers to experience the modern enjoyment brought by Ploom X Advanced through multiple platforms." They plan to launch a variety of new products such as new cigarette sticks and accessories in February.
