Against the backdrop of increasing global regulation, compliance, protection of minors, and environmental protection have become the three major challenges hindering the sustainable development of the industry. Particularly with countries like the UK and France planning to introduce bans on disposable cigarettes, the e-cigarette industry is facing a new crossroads in its development.

In Rex Zhang's view, stricter global regulations are beneficial for the industry's development. While regulations make rules clearer, it is crucial to strictly enforce them in order to truly block the circulation of "illegal" products. At the same time, e-cigarette companies are focusing on technological innovation, improving aerosol experiences, and creating more compliant and legal products around youth protection and environmental protection. By working together with brands, retailers, and regulators, the industry can achieve sustainable development.

Compliance capability building is a long-term project. As a listed company, SMOORE has always adhered to legality and compliance, continuously enhancing its compliance capabilities through increased research and development investment, helping more customers succeed in the global market. In 2023 alone, SMOORE's investment in research and development reached as high as 14.8 billion yuan, accounting for 13.3% of its annual revenue.

Currently, SMOORE has assisted multiple major clients in obtaining FDA PMTA certification for their products, and has become the e-cigarette manufacturer with the most PMTA certifications during the review period. At the same time, adhering to the business philosophy of "customer first," SMOORE has been exploring a range of diverse solutions that better meet local needs in different global markets.

Rex Zhang believes that consumers in the global market are becoming increasingly mature, leading to a more diverse range of demands in different markets. However, in the long run, innovation in sustainable technology and products should not come at the expense of sacrificing consumer experience. SMOORE has always been committed to creating more environmentally friendly and socially responsible designs, while also focusing on providing consumers with solutions that offer sensory experiences, better taste reproduction, higher vaporization efficiency, and better value for money.

This year, in response to the urgent demand for environmentally friendly products in the European market, SMOORE's high-end atomization technology brand FEELM has launched a more environmentally friendly next-generation cartridge replacement solution, FEELM PRO, in the TPD market. It effectively solves the current issue of disposable "use and throw away" products, and is easier to operate compared to similar products. Simply insert the pod to use, and the taste explosion has also greatly improved, being both soft and smooth with a sweet and fragrant flavor.

Additionally, FEELM has achieved rapid improvements in atomization efficiency and battery efficiency through technological innovation and the use of environmentally friendly materials. This not only greatly enhances the atomization experience, but also significantly reduces the amount of raw materials required for production.

In the non-TPD market, FEELM has also prepared a series of new solutions, including the world's first high-wattage 3000-puff disposable solution Galaxy Display + Quattro Mesh with a four-sided surround screen, the world's first 18000-puff dual-mode disposable solution Off Charge with a mobile screen, and the world's first 20000-puff high-burst dual-core disposable solution FEELM Turbo Duo. These solutions have made technological breakthroughs in dimensions such as screen, playability, burst power, and puff count, bringing consumers a brand-new vaping experience.

Furthermore, in order to better protect young people, FEELM has developed more than 8 child lock solutions to meet the needs of different market regulations.

The continuous introduction of new solutions is inseparable from our company's long-term investment in technology research and development," said Rex Zhang. "This is just a new beginning. We are confident in focusing on the innovation of electronic atomization technology, continuously launching sustainable and compliant e-cigarette solutions to meet consumers' ever-changing demands for superior and environmentally friendly experiences.
