The Ministry of Health has implemented stricter regulations on the sale of e-cigarettes. The Public Health (Control of Smoking Products) Act (No. 852) came into effect on October 1, prohibiting the sale of any smoking products, including e-cigarettes, to minors. Additionally, the act also prohibits the sale of any e-cigarette products with features specifically designed to appeal to minors through gamification.
