According to Sanspo on April 8th, Philip Morris International (PMI) Japan has launched a new flavor of new tobacco product specially designed for "IQOS ILUMA i" and "IQOS ILUMA" devices. The new product, called "TEREA Shine Pearl," will be available for purchase starting on the 15th at IQOS specialty stores and official stores nationwide, and will gradually be stocked at tobacco sales outlets such as convenience stores across Japan starting on the 28th. The price is 580 Japanese yen per pack of 20 sticks (including tax) (equivalent to $4 USD).

 

"TEREA Shine Pearl" features a refreshing mint flavor, named after the inspiration of a "pearl shining under the sunlight".

 

The Market Director for Japan Product Portfolio at Philip Morris International (PMI), Daniel Sevsek, stated that,

 

Consumers can choose squeeze pods based on their personal emotions and occasions to achieve a change of taste and enjoy a personalized smoking experience.
