Philip Morris to Launch Limited Edition IQOS ILUMA Neon Purple in Slovakia
Philip Morris will launch limited edition “Neon Purple” IQOS ILUMA in Slovakia on June 10, inspired by summer colors.

According to a report from Topky.SK on May 29th, Philip Morris International (PMI) will be launching a limited edition color "Neon Purple" for the IQOS ILUMA in Slovakia on June 10th.

"IQOS ILUMA Neon Purple" is an original design that has won the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. Inspired by the colorful energy of summer, the design incorporates trendy neon purple and pink. The company announced that this new product will be launched in June.

Canadian Border Officers Seize Contraband Worth CAD 4.5 Million at Point Edward Crossing
The Canada Border Services Agency said border officers at the Point Edward port of entry in Sarnia, Ontario, seized more than CAD 4.5 million worth of illegal tobacco and nicotine vapes over a seven-day period. The agency said the contraband was entering Canada from the United States and described the seizure as part of ongoing efforts to prevent illegal products from entering the country and disrupt organized crime.

Philip Morris International said its Swedish Match facility in Owensboro will adjust part of its production schedule this summer in response to changing market conditions. According to a notice the company gave union leadership and employees on April 22, parts of ZYN production will shift from a 24/7 schedule back to a 24/5 schedule. Brazil’s National School Health Survey (PeNSE) 2024 found that e-cigarette experimentation among students aged 13 to 17 rose from 16.8% in 2019 to 29.6% in 2024, while use in the previous 30 days increased from 8.6% to 26.3%. Over the same period, conventional cigarette experimentation fell from 22.6% to 18.5%, and hookah use declined from 26.9% to 16.4%.
