
According to a report in the Irvinetimes on August 19th, the North Ayrshire Police in the UK seized illegal nicotine products worth £24,500 on that day.
It is reported that local police and trading standards officials, along with specially trained police dogs, visited multiple shops and bars in the county that sell nicotine products.
Law enforcement officers seized nearly 17,000 illegal cigarettes, 160 illegal tobacco pouches, and 1,000 counterfeit e-cigarette products from various inspection sites. The total value of the items is estimated to be £24,500.
