Shenzhen Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Adjusts E-Cigarette Consultation Services for Better Governance
Shenzhen adjusts e-cigarette consultation services, including phone and in-person options, to streamline government services.

In order to further improve government services, the consultation hotline for e-cigarette related businesses has been adjusted as follows:

 

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.

For business related to e-cigarette retail permits, please contact the retail permit hotline of the local tobacco monopoly bureau in each district (see https://sz.tobacco.com.cn/content/index.jsp?id=120794); to report illegal activities, please call the hotline 12313 for acceptance.
