
On October 9, according to the official website of the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand, the Department of Disease Control, in conjunction with the National Police Bureau and other relevant units, conducted a raid on a commercial building located in Rama 2 district of Bangkok, which was used as a warehouse for online sales of e-cigarettes. During this operation, authorities seized e-cigarettes and related products worth over 10 million Thai baht (approximately $30,000), including products from various brands such as "INFY.

On the same day (9th), Panumas Yanwetsakul, the head of the Department of Disease Control, appointed Chayanan Sitthibut, the director of the Tobacco Control Committee, and relevant staff to conduct an inspection of this commercial building, along with a team from the National Police Bureau. The police learned that two Thai suspects were illegally selling e-cigarettes online and using private courier companies to deliver to customers nationwide.

According to the Customs Law of 2017, the police have confiscated all the products involved in the case and will handle them in accordance with the law.
