Product highlights:

HQD has launched a new e-cigarette product, the CIRAK 2, on its brand website. 

The CIRAK 2 offers two pod options: pre-filled oil pods and refillable open pods. Compared to the previous model, the CIRAK 2 features a larger battery capacity of 650mAh and an increased flavor variety from 12 to 15 options. 

The product is now available on select e-cigarette distributor websites in Europe, with prices starting at 9.9 euros.

 

As early as the end of 23, HQD had already launched the CIRAKe-cigarette, and the new CIRAK 2 appears to be an upgraded version of the previous product. 2Firsts compared the product parameters of HQD CIRAK and HQD CIRAK 2 e-cigarettes, as shown in the table below.

According to the chart, the new HQD CIRAK 2 has a smaller product size, while the battery capacity has increased from 370 mAh in the HQD CIRAK to 650 mAh. The product now comes in 15 flavors, up from 12, and a refillable pod option has been added.

 

Sales information

 

It is worth noting that on the HQDEUROPE website, the HQD CIRAK 2 is classified under the category of HQD E-Shisha e-cigarettes, specifically waterpipe-style e-cigarettes. The price of e-cigarette devices (excluding pods) is 9.9 euros. Other e-cigarette products in this category include SURV, Hoova+, and SURV+.

The Prefilled Cartridge POD, CIRAK 2 Refillable Cartridge POD, and HQD JUICE used in conjunction with the HQD CIRAK 2 e-cigarette are now available on the HQDEUROPE website.

 

A box of Prefilled Cartridge PODs (including two pods) is priced at 9.9 euros, with a special price of 39.9 euros for a pack of ten. A box of CIRAK 2 Refillable Cartridges (including two pods, e-liquid not included) is priced at 7.9 euros, with a special price of 34.9 euros for a pack of ten. A bottle of e-liquid is priced at 9.9 euros, with a special price of 39.9 euros for a pack of five, available in a total of 15 different flavors.

The new HQD CIRAK 2 and new HQD CIRAK e-cigarette have been launched on e-cigarette distributor websites in the German region, with simultaneous announcements on the HQD European official website and official social media accounts.

 

Manufacturer Information

 

The HQD brand is a subsidiary of Shenzhen HQD Technology Co., Ltd, which was established in 2014. In late 2024 and early 2025, the company launched two new products under the brand - the HQD FLEX featuring a '2+10' and '4 in 1' fusion, and the HQD CLICK PLUS dual e-liquid pod system.

 

A search of the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) e-cigarette database did not find any application or public information for the new product "HQD CIRAK 2.
